Meeting of the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the President of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar

During the meeting between H.E. Mr. Mohammad Javad Hemmatpanah, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and H.E. Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar, held at the Presidential Palace of Zanzibar, the two sides discussed the longstanding friendly relations and shared commonalities between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Zanzibar. They reviewed the current state of bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on ongoing and future initiatives aimed at further strengthening ties in various sectors, including fisheries, technical and engineering services, scientific and academic cooperation and other areas of mutual interest.
